BACKGROUND:

A strange aura surrounds Raye, perhaps hinting at enchantment affecting her
ethereal body. Raye's features, as well as her slender build and height,
hint at a vaguely elvish descent. Her shimmering hair, loosely falling
barely past the nape of her neck, is of raven black hue. However,
sometimes, when light flows across her body at an angle, for the briefest
instant, the shimmering outline of a pair of gossamer wings is visible:
faerie wings. Her most distinguishing feature, however, are her eyes:
chips of starlight floating in pools of controlled passion and emotion. A
strange shimmer of flame-red light briefly appears to surround her as a
ripple seemingly passes through her eyes: briefly baring her innermost
thoughts in a way that words could never express nor pass from her lips.
It quickly disappears, as if it had been been naught but a dream, and
nothing but the soft, focused gaze of Raye, is left.
