BACKGROUND:

Thanos was born Thanatios, to an elven warrioress and a great healer. At
a young age he learned the art of war from his proud mother, and the gift
of healing from his father. Over time Thanos' father saw that his son had
inherited his gift of healing. During the great many battles Thanos
showed amazing healing ability. As a young teenager, Thanos lost both of
his parents in one of the cities greatest battles. His mother fell first
and his father died while holding his beloved wife wife in his arms while
trying to heal her mortal wounds. Thanos helpless to protect or heal his
parents for their wounds were far greater than his abilities, he left his
home of Alistar. Most recently he has been seen in company of many
adventureres that find Loriah as home, perhaps that is where he now calls
home.
